Global Subscribers Management
The Global Subscribers page provides comprehensive management of global advertisement subscriptions across all sites in the network. This interface allows administrators to search, view, and manage ad placements, monitor subscription status, and control the activation/deactivation of global advertisements across multiple domains.
Quick Start
Use the search box to find specific subscriptions, or browse by alphabetical filters. Click on site names to view ad details, and use the Status column to quickly activate or deactivate subscriptions. The View button opens detailed ad information in a new window.

Alphabetical Filters
The alphabetical button row allows quick filtering of results by the first character of site names:
- ALL - Shows all subscribers regardless of starting character
- 0-9 - Shows subscribers starting with numbers
- A-Z - Shows subscribers starting with the selected letter

Search Functionality
Search Scope
The search function queries across multiple fields:
- Subscription ID - Exact or partial matches
- Site Domain - Partial matches in domain names
- Page Names - Partial matches in GlobalAdSpace_Page field
Search Behavior
- Enter search terms in the search box
- Press Enter key or click the Search button
- Results are filtered to show matching records
- Search terms are displayed in blue text above results
- Record count is shown for search results
Search Tips
Search is case-insensitive and supports partial matches. Use "Show All" to clear search filters. Combine alphabetical filters with search terms for more precise results.
Status Management
Activation Workflow
- Locate the subscription in the table
- Check the Status column for current state
- Click on the status text to toggle:
- Active - Click to deactivate
- InActive - Click to activate
- Page refreshes automatically with updated status
Status Effects
- Active Subscriptions - Ads are displayed on the specified pages
- Inactive Subscriptions - Ads are hidden but subscription data is preserved
- Status Changes - Take effect immediately across all network sites
Sorting Options
Click any column header to sort the table by that field. Sorting behavior:

Click the same column header again to reverse the sort order. Arrow indicators show current sort direction.
Permission Requirements
Access Control
This page requires administrator-level permissions:
- Client ID = 1 - Full administrative access required
- Users Permission - Must be included in sponsor permissions
- Workgroup Access - Limited to assigned workgroups for non-admin users
Restricted Actions
- Status changes require admin privileges
- View access to detailed ad information
- Search across all network sites
